RETURNS POLICY : Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Should any product purchased from us be found to be faulty, or differing from the description given on our website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. Customers are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days after purchasing any products from us (this begins on the day you receive your product(s)). Within this time, you can cancel your order without giving any reason and without incurring any charges or penalties. The only charges that you will have to pay is the shipping fee for returning the products back to us (we do not pay this). Products must return to us in perfect resaleable condition and must be unused (unless you have informed us that the products were damaged in transit or faulty). Monies will be reimbursed within 30 days. The following are excluded from the cooling off period : - Any products that have been specially made to customer specifications - Pet Magazines - Foods that have become out of date within the cooling off period After this period, purchases will be charged a 10% restocking fee if returned for reasons other than being damaged or not being sold for what they are meant to do. Sizing errors : In the case of sizing errors you will have to pay the return cost & a further carriage charge for replacing the product. Return Costs vary on product but generally as products are sent by courier, the charges are as follows : Ireland : €6.50 UK : €13.00 Europe : €17.00 In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Pet-Bliss reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. To arrange to return a product or for further information about returns or refunds please e-mail us at info@pet-bliss.com NOTE : Soft Dog Toys and toys that are not marked virtually indestructible are for gentle play only and should not be given to destructive dogs. Dog Beds WILL go flat if you have a large dog on them (same happens to our duvets)
